This comes as no surprise. The deal had been in the works for several days, with rumors swirling that Didier Lamkel Zé was set to join the Chinese Super League. Now, it's official: Quingdao Hainiu has confirmed the arrival of the Cameroonian striker to their squad.

"Cameroonian striker Didier Lamkel Zé has officially joined Quingdao Hainiu Football Club by mutual agreement and will wear the number 60 jersey for the remainder of the season," the Chinese club announced on its official page. The club also praised the qualities of its latest signing.

Indeed, Qingdao Hainiu FC highlighted the player's experience and his ability to adapt quickly. "Lamkel Zé can quickly adjust to the team's style of play," wrote the Chinese club. It should be noted that the Cameroonian forward joins from Belgian side Sint-Truiden.
