Football transfer rumours never really stop, though the rumour mill certainly does hit overdrive in January.
The latest rumblings feature Ethan Nwaneri, Mike Maignan and Yan Diomande.
Bournemouth have identified Ethan Nwaneri as an ideal replacement for the Manchester City-bound Antoine Semenyo. The latter scored a last-gasp winner against Tottenham on Wednesday, ahead of undergoing a medical at the Etihad the following day.
However, the Cherries desire to sign Nwaneri is not reportedly reciprocated. Despite not starting aPremier League game this season, the 18-year-old is keen to remain at Arsenal, according to the Independent. Nwaneri feels competing for a place in Arsenal's title-chasing squad - alongside the prospect of a winner's medal - is best for his development.
Another teenage talent in demand is RB Leipzig wingerYan Diomande. After his Bundesliga breakthrough and impressive performances at AFCON, Diomande has a long list of suitors.
Arsenal, Tottenham and Manchester United are all keen on the Ivorian, though Paris Saint-Germain have reportedly pushed to the front of the queue. TEAMtalk claim the European champions are prepared to pay an asking price in excess of £60m.
Liam Rosenior's arrival atChelsea is likely to lead to signings, at a club rarely afraid to open the chequebook. Despite Robert Sanchez's improvement this season, a new goalkeeper is on Rosenior's wish-list.
Despite working withChelsea teenager Mike Penders at Strasbourg, it's another Mike the new head coach wants. AC Milan's Mike Maignan, out of contract in the summer, is back on the agenda, report CalcioMercato.
Several outlets, including90min, suggest there is Manchester City confidence in landing Marc Guehi ahead of Liverpool. The latter saw a deadline day deal for Guehi collapse in the summer and could now be pipped by their North West rivals. Pep Guardiola views the Crystal Palace captain as the ideal option to repair his injury-stricken backline.
AC Milan are also in the market for a centre-back and havetwo Premier League names on their shortlist. Nottingham Forest's Murillo is the top target, while interest could also be renewed in Joe Gomez, of Liverpool.
Lastly, having received bundles of cash fromManchester United in the Erik ten Hag era, Ajax are now prepared to return the favour, say Voetball International.
Manuel Ugarte is on the Dutch side's radar as a Jordan Henderson replacement, after a rather forgettable spell at Old Trafford. A big hit on the club's €60m investment looks likely.
