Check out the main Ligue 1 Uber Eats transfer action from Thursday 12 August.

ESTAC continue to strengthen step by step. On Thursday, the reigning Ligue 2 BKT champions confirmed the signing of Giulian Biancone from AS Monaco. The 21-year-old France U19 right-back has signed a five-year contract with Laurent Batlles' side after spending the last two seasons on loan at Belgian side Cercle Brugge (43 league) appearances. With this arrival at ESTAC, the As Monaco youth academy product will try to establish himself in Ligue 1 Uber Eats, a league in which he made his debut in December 2018.

FC Metz have found a replacement for Mamadou Fofana. After the transfer of the Mali international to Amiens SC earlier on Thursday, Les Grenats announced the arrival of Sikou Niakate from EA Guingamp. The 22-year-old centre-back joins the Moselle club on a season-long loan with an option to buy. The Montreuil-born defender was with Paris Saint-Germain at the start of his youth career before signing a first professional contract with Valenciennes FC. He then signed for Guingamp in the summer of 2018. He heads into his Ligue 1 Uber Eats debut with Metz boasting 97 Ligue 2 BKT appearances.

Osman Bukari has signed for FC Nantes. The Ghanaian international (two caps) is on loan for one season - with no option to buy - from La Gantoise (Belgium). Described by Les Canaris as "a fast player who is quick on his feet and likes to project himself towards the opposition goal", the 22-year-old winger is coming off a promising season in the Jupiler Pro League, where he scored four goals and provided six assists in 25 appearances.
