Roma has identified Nicolò Tresoldi as the right candidate to serve as Malen’s assistant.

The Club Brugge striker has clear ideas and has already made his decision: he wants to wear the Giallorossi jersey.

The 2004-born striker has given the green light to a move to the capital, confident he can work and grow under Gian Piero Gasperini.

Tresoldi finished the season with extraordinary numbers: 23 goals and 9 assists in 3,315 minutes.

He also made a positive impact in the Champions League, scoring three goals against Monaco, Barcelona, and Atlético Madrid in 10 games. Time is running out, but the Cagliari-born striker continues to put Roma at the top of his list, despite other clubs also making an appearance.

Roma aren’t the only club interested in Tresoldi. As Corriere dello Sport reports, Atlético Madrid and Borussia Dortmund have set their sights on the Club Brugge striker, reaching an agreement with the player’s agent.

D’Amico will be able to submit his first official offer to the Belgian club only after completing a transfer.

The offer will be around €25 million, a figure unlikely to be enough to secure a deal. Developments are awaited, but the Roman club must speed up their progress, otherwise they risk losing another transfer target, as happened with Greenwood.
