Trouble brewing at Real Madrid? Kylian Mbappé visibly ‘disgruntled’ with Vinícius | OneFootball

Real Madrid summer signing Kylian Mbappé was left visibly frustrated with another leading member of the club’s attacking ranks on Thursday night.

That’s according to The Athletic, who point towards Vinícius Jr. as the player in question.

Real, of course, marked their return to action yesterday, making the trip to Gran Canaria for a La Liga meeting with Las Palmas.

Both Mbappé and Vinícius, meanwhile, featured from the off for Carlo Ancelotti’s men.

And yet, en route to an eventual 1-1 stalemate, both for the most part struggled to impose their brilliance on proceedings.

The former, on his way to a third successive blank in front of goal, looked particularly disheartened at points over the course of the 90 minutes.

And, on more than one occasion, the frustrations being endured by Mbappé were clearly attributed to the actions of partner-in-crime Vinícius Jr.

As per a report from The Athletic:

‘Mbappé at times appeared particularly disgruntled with Vinicius Junior — at least three times complaining that the Brazilian did not pass to him.’

Such problems will undoubtedly be made to look insignificant upon Real Madrid’s two star attackers inevitably clicking on the pitch, but, for the time being, Mbappé’s frustrations will mark a source of concern for Carlo Ancelotti and his coaching staff.
