Two more players arrive on trial at Vitesse, one of them a former Feyenoord youngster

Vitesse have two new players on trial in Naoufal Bannis and Sam Bisselink, as the Arnhem club continue their search for players ahead of their Keuken Kampioen Divisie opener against Jong AZ.

The 23-year-old former Feyenoord youngster Bannis has been without a club since last month’s departure from Al-Markhiya SC in Qatar.

The striker progressed through the Rotterdam club’s youth academy, where he ultimately scored two goals in 22 matches. Bannis also played for NAC Breda, FC Dordrecht, and FC Eindhoven. He was also a notable former Oranje youth international, where for the U17s, he scored 10 goals in 12 appearances.

The 22-year-old Arnhem-born Bisselink previously played for Helmond Sport and De Graafschap. The winger arrives after making 15 second-tier performances last term as Helmond Sport finished 13th.
