African players shone with the quality of their passing during the group stage of the U17 World Cup.

According to statistics from the specialized site SofaScore, four African prodigies are leading the key passes ranking in this 20th edition of the premier youth tournament.

Burkina Faso's Mohamed Zongo claims the top spot in this ranking with an impressive 14 key passes.

He is ahead of Mali's Ibrahim Diakité (11 key passes), as well as the two Moroccans Zakari El Khalfioui and Ilyas El Arbaoui, who each recorded 10 key passes.
