For the first time since its inception, the U17 World Cup will be held in a 48-team format.
Africa will be represented by 10 national teams: South Africa, Morocco, Senegal, Tunisia, Egypt, Ivory Coast, Zambia, Burkina Faso, Uganda, and Mali.
