Africa will have strong representation in this stage, with nine teams having punched their ticket to the knockout rounds, including Morocco, the reigning continental champions at this level.

The Young Lions will be joined by Tunisia, Egypt, South Africa, Zambia, Mali, Burkina Faso, Senegal, and Uganda at this stage of the competition.
