The action will kick off on November 3 for the U17 World Cup, which will take place in Qatar. Several goalkeepers are set to shine as they try to lead their teams to glory.

Since the 2009 edition, a new award has been introduced: the "Golden Glove." This trophy honors the tournament's best goalkeeper.

Over seven editions, two African goalkeepers have claimed this individual accolade: Dele Alampasu of Nigeria in 2013 and Samuel Diarra of Mali in 2015.

Two Brazilians have also stood out: Gabriel Brazão in 2017 and Matheus Donelli in 2019.

The next winner in 2025 will succeed France's Paul Argney, who took home the last Golden Glove at the 2023 U17 World Cup in Indonesia.

2011: Jonathan Cubero (Uruguay)
