The U17 World Cup kicks off on November 3 and runs until the 27th of the same month in Qatar. This edition has been expanded to 48 national teams, promising even more suspense.

Four players have stood out, etching their names in gold in the tournament's hall of fame by pulling off the remarkable feat of scoring a “super hat-trick.”

Nigerian striker Kelechi Iheanacho powered his team to a commanding victory over Mexico (1-6) in 2013, netting four goals. Another African star who achieved this was Ivorian Souleymane Coulibaly, during a 4-2 win against Norway in 2011.

Carlos Hidalgo also joined this exclusive club with his four-goal salvo against Finland in 2003, as Colombia demolished their opponents 9-1 in that edition.

But the most outstanding performance belongs to David. The Spanish forward scored the fastest “super hat-trick” in tournament history in 1997, needing just six minutes to do so against New Zealand (13-0).

The 4 Super Hat-tricks of the U17 World Cup:

1997: David (Spain), vs New Zealand (13-0)

2003: Carlos Hidalgo (Colombia), vs Finland (9-1)

2011: Souleymane Coulibaly (Ivory Coast), vs Norway (4-2)

2013: Kelechi Iheanacho (Nigeria), vs Mexico (6-1)
