Uganda's qualification scenarios for the round of 32 at the U17 World Cup

With just one point on the board, Uganda is still in the race for a spot in the round of 32 at the U17 World Cup. The young Cranes are aiming for their first-ever qualification for the knockout stage in their history.

The Ugandans were stunned by Canada (2-1) in the dying minutes of matchday one before holding Chile to a draw (1-1).

Uganda's possible qualification scenarios:

Uganda U17 will face France on Tuesday, November 11 at 13:30 GMT for a place in the round of 32.

- Win against France: First place if they win by two goals or more, provided Canada loses to Chile by a manageable scoreline. Otherwise, second or third place.

- Draw or defeat: Elimination regardless of other results.
