- Ukraine returns to the final stage after a six-year absence (the 2021 Indonesia edition was canceled and they did not qualify for Argentina 2023).

Ukraine qualified thanks to their performances at the 2024 UEFA Under-19 EURO. They reached the semi-finals before losing to France (1-0).
