Egypt U20 head coach Osama Nabih has revealed his squad for the FIFA U-20 World Cup in Chile 2025 (September 27 – October 19).

The list is notable for the absence of Liverpool prospect Karim Ahmed, Arsenal's Cam'ron Ismail, and Auxerre’s Redwan Hamzawy.

The Egyptian delegation will fly out to Chile this Saturday. The Pharaohs are set to face Japan (September 27), New Zealand (September 30), and Chile (October 3) in Group A.

Egypt's squad for the U20 World Cup:

Goalkeepers: Abdelmoneim Tamer (ZED FC), Ahmed Wahba (Al Masry), Ahmed Menshawy (Ittihad Alexandria).

Defenders: Ahmed Nayel (Haras El Hodood), Moataz Mohamed (Al Ahly), Ahmed Abdeen (Al Ahly), Abdullah Boustenji (ZED FC), Moamen Sherif (Ittihad Alexandria), Mohab Samy (ENPPI).

Midfielders: Ahmed Kabaka (Modern Sport), Mohamed Elsayed (Zamalek), Ahmed Wahid (Al Ahly), Seif Essam (ENPPI), Selim Telib (Hertha BSC), Tebo Gabriel (FSV Mainz 05).
