U21s Team News: Leeds United vs West Bromwich Albion | OneFootball

Leeds United Under-21s begin their Premier League 2 campaign this afternoon as they welcome West Bromwich Albion Under-21s to Thorp Arch.

Ahead of the encounter, boss Scott Gardner has made four changes to the team that faced Boreham Wood last time out on National League Cup duty, beginning with Darryl Ombang in goal.

A back four consists of Harvey Vincent, Louis Enahoro-Marcus, Louie Philpott and a trialist, behind midfield trio Ollie Pickles, Sam Chambers and Sam Alker.

Those three will be providing support from the engine room for attackers Jacob Render, Carrick Njinko and Josh McDonald who lead the line.

On the bench, U18s goalkeeper George Kenyon is joined by defenders Coban Bird and Freddie Lane, midfielder Kenneth Mensah and experienced mentor Jonny Howson.
