Inter have to put their Derby d’Italia win over Juventus to one side as Cristian Chivu and his players prepare for a different challenge altogether away against Bodo/Glimt on their artificial pitch in the arctic circle in the Champions League play-off round on Wednesday evening.
The Nerazzurri picked up a 3-2 win over their rivals Juventus in Serie A over the weekend, but their victory was somewhat overshadowed by the incorrect decision to send off Bianconeri defender Pierre Kalulu following a dive from Alessandro Bastoni.
Bastoni, speaking in his pre-match press conference ahead of tonight’s match against Bodo/Glimt, has since apologised for the way in which he celebrated the decision to send off Kalulu and has confirmed that he is still in the right frame of mind to play despite his family receiving death threats over the last few days.

Bastoni is expected to keep his place in Inter’s back three away against Bodo/Glimt on Wednesday evening, likely alongside Yann Bisseck and Manuel Akanji.
The Nerazzurri will be without midfielders Hakan Calhanoglu and Davide Frattesi, neither of whom have travelled due to injury. Pre-match reports suggest that there will be an opportunity for Henrikh Mkhitaryan. Nicolo Barella will be suspended for his next Serie A match, so is also expected to play in Norway this evening.
Captain Lautaro Martinez is in line to lead the attack for the Nerazzurri and is likely to be partnered by Pio Esposito rather than Marcus Thuram or Ange-Yoan Bonny.
Kick-off is due at 20.00 GMT.
