Udinese director Gianluca Nani feels Idrissa Gueye and Lennon Miller’s moves to Friuli are still underrated: ‘Two players who are not well known to the general public, but who will soon become so.’
Udinese had a busy transfer window, during which they profoundly changed their attacking department by selling Lorenzo Lucca and Florian Thauvin.

Speaking to TMW, Nanni said that the French forward pushed to leave the Bianconeri.
“It was an unexpected departure,” Nanni said.
“He pushed so hard, and it was difficult to hold him back, so we chose to let him go.”

The Udinese director added that Scottish talent Miller, who joined the Serie A side from Motherwell FC in August, will soon become more widely known to the general public.

“We carried out an Udinese-style transfer market. Little attention was given to the arrivals of Gueye and Miller. They are two players who are not well known to the general public, but who will soon become so. I’m sure of it,” Nanni concluded.
