UEFA will not rule on OM's financial case before Wednesday at the earliest. According to L'Équipe, the club's case remains with UEFA's financial control body.
Marseille has been waiting for two weeks, after its case was examined on 2 June. The watchdog has not reached a decision.
Four years ago, the club accepted a settlement with UEFA and was moderately sanctioned. It was fined €2 million, with €1.7 million suspended, and committed to restore balance under financial fair play. Those targets have not been met.
The current delay reflects plans to resolve around 15 clubs covered by settlements and to publish all rulings at once.
Marseille argues part of its losses stem from a sharp fall in French TV rights. If UEFA experts are not convinced, sanctions could be severe, up to exclusion from next season's Europa League.
