Uli Hoeneß has ruled out selling Michael Olise to Liverpool this summer, saying Bayern Munich would not be swayed even by a €200 million offer.
According to BuLi News, Liverpool have been linked with a deal worth up to €200 million for the French winger this summer.
“Liverpool have already spent €500 million this year and are having a very poor season. We won’t contribute to them playing better next year,” Hoeneß told reporters at the KI Festival “data:unplugged” in Münster.
“We play this game for our fans. We have 430,000 members, we have millions of fans worldwide, and it doesn’t help them much if we have €200 million in the bank but play worse football every Saturday because of it,” The Bayern chief added.
Olise, 24, joined Bayern from Crystal Palace in 2024. His contract expires in 2029.
