Joe Walsh set the tone in the 15th minute with a sharp save, and his six-stop display secured Queens Park Rangers a 0-0 draw against Bristol City.

Walsh's first big intervention came when he got down well to deny Mark Sykes (15.). He then stood tall to block Scott Twine's rising effort from the centre of the box (29.).

The goalkeeper stayed busy, parrying Emil Riis Jakobsen's low strike towards the bottom corner (37.). Soon after, he smothered from close range to frustrate the visitors again (45.). After the restart, he gathered Twine's long-range attempt cleanly as City continued to probe (51.).

He finished with six saves, three from inside the box, underlining a command of his area and calm handling under pressure. Deep in the contest, Walsh still had the sharpness to push away Sam Morsy's drive in the third minute of second half stoppage time, a firm answer as the Robins pressed late.

The display keeps Queens Park Rangers ticking ahead of a trip to Millwall next. City host Norwich next.
