Valencia confirm final friendly with Hércules before LaLiga opener against Celta | OneFootball

Valencia will complete pre-season on Thursday 13 August against Hércules at the Estadi Antonio Puchades, 19:30 kickoff. Carlos Corberán's side then start LaLiga against Celta at Mestalla on Saturday 22 August at 19:30.

According to Superdeporte, Hércules have replaced Ibiza, who could not organise the trip due to a lack of flights from the Balearic island. It will be the 86th meeting and closes the 2026/27 schedule.

Hércules, from Group 2 of Primera RFEF, arrive after a 1-1 draw with UCAM Murcia and a defeat to CD Castellón in the Trofeo Ciudad de Alicante.

Plans to add a weekend game were shelved. The last two tests fall midweek, and from Friday the squad will focus on a league debut on matchday 2 after Valencia vs Betis, matchday 1, was moved to 25 August.

Access is restricted to Socio VCF, who can claim two free tickets, one for themselves and one for a companion, as with Wednesday's Teruel friendly. The booking window runs from 18:00 on Tuesday 11 August until 23:59 on Wednesday 12 August, or until sold out.

Each Socio VCF must enter both attendees' details. Entry requires ticket and ID with matching names. Tickets are first come, first served, and can be shown on phone or in print.

The club also reminds fans that drums and any megaphone are not allowed inside the ground. Banners must be smaller than three by two metres.
