Spain’s Anti-Violence Commission has proposed fines for Betis, Osasuna, Oviedo and Mallorca over unauthorised and banned banners, and for a Real Madrid fan who made Nazi salutes against Benfica.
According to Superdeporte, Betis face 30,000 euros after two smoke canisters and an 'Ultras' banner appeared in the La Cartuja stands during training before the Sevilla game on the first.
Oviedo and Mallorca have each been proposed 10,000 euros, for a Symmachiarii banner at Carlos Tartiere on 27 December 2025 and a Supporters Gol Sur flag at Son Moix on 15 February respectively.
Osasuna face 5,000 euros for an unnotified banner in the south stand at El Sadar on 31 January against Villarreal. A Valencia fan, previously sanctioned three times, has been proposed the same fine and ban for the same behaviour in the Hools section at Mestalla against Osasuna.
Incidents at Getafe-Betis on the eighth and Osasuna-Real Madrid on 21 February remain under National Police investigation. Three fans face fines after about 25 Comandos Azules members moved towards a fence near 150 Betis supporters at the Coliseum.
A 5,000 euro fine is proposed for a spectator in the Indar Gorri section at El Sadar for throwing a bottle, with UCO cameras recording him covering his face, adding a balloon, then throwing it close to Real Madrid’s goal. Other decisions include 8,000 euros and a one-year ban for an Oviedo fan linked to Symmanchiarii for assaulting another spectator on 28 February against Atlético de Madrid, and 3,001 euros for another person.
