According to Globo.com, Vasco have completed the sale of left-back Leandrinho to Al-Sharjah of the United Arab Emirates on Friday, in a deal worth around 1.5 million euros, approximately R$ 9.4 million at current rates.
An academy graduate, the defender had informed the board that he wanted to leave.

Fernando Diniz had initially considered giving him opportunities, but Leandrinho dropped out of the plans after requesting a move.
He featured for the first team mainly under Rafael Paiva during part of 2024.
Leandrinho then lost prominence last year and was loaned to Al-Shabab in Saudi Arabia.
