Last season he scored nine goals for VfB Stuttgart II in 3. Liga. He also featured in the 2. Bundesliga during 2024/25 while on loan at Jahn Regensburg.

Bochum sporting director Simon Zoller said the 1.91m forward can lead the line with power or play wide with speed, and added that the club’s project convinced him to join.

Ouro-Tagba said he was delighted to sign, thanked the club’s sporting management for their efforts, and is looking forward to meeting his new team-mates and playing for Bochum.
