Victor Wembanyama says he will support PSG against Arsenal in the Champions League final.

The French San Antonio Spurs star made the remark during a Prime Video appearance on Friday after his standout display against the Timberwolves in a 115-108 play-off game. According to L'Équipe, he picked PSG and suggested Paris would make the occasion more fun than their opponents.

Asked by NBA great Steve Nash which side he would be backing, Wembanyama was clear in choosing the French champions.

Wembanyama has long been a PSG fan and is a regular at the Parc des Princes. He also congratulated the club after their European title last year.

Luis Enrique’s players will aim to repeat that success against the Gunners in Budapest on 30 May at 18:00.
