It’s 2-0 to Chelsea at Stamford Bridge, and the Blues are closing in on yet another home win against their old rivals Tottenham.
Calum McFarlane’s team have been quieter in this second half, and didn’t really look to be chasing a second goal too intently, but they have just pounced on a Spurs mistake to double their advantage.
Cole Palmer picked up a loose ball in midfield and drove forward with it before feeding it out wide to Pedro Neto. The winger put in a deep cross which Enzo Fernandez touched down nicely into the box, and Andrey Santos was on hand to put it in.
It wasn’t a tidy finish, but the way the Brazilian scuffed it actually put it through a defender’s legs and made it harder for the goalkeeper to read.
There is plenty of game left – but we’re in a strong position now.

Chelsea went ahead in this game thanks to Enzo Fernandez, who fired one in from miles down town.
The Blues team news for this game had four changes for Calum McFarlane’s team – most of them weakening the group.
