Celtic are back ahead in this evening’s Scottish Premiership clash against Aberdeen. Jimmy Thelin’s side were behind to a great header from Maik Nawrocki as Celtic cruised in the North East. However, after a medical emergency in the Aberdeen end resulted in a break in play. After the break, Kevin Nisbet rose to get on the end of a Gueye cross to equalise.

However shortly before the break, Yang restored Celtic’s lead thanks to great work from James Forrest. The veteran winger is chasing a goal of his own but he turned provider making a textbook run into the Aberdeen area before firing an effort across the six yard box. Mitov hit a touch on the cross and it fell into the path of the South Korean attacker, who made sure with a cool finish.

Celtic will have been disappointed at conceding, especially given their impressive display. The goal from Nisbet came from ball watching from Auston Trusty but Celtic ensured that they’d go into the break ahead thanks to the great combination from Yang and Forrest.
