Scotland international Ché Adams pulled off an absolute wonder against Empoli, scoring from the centre-circle to earn Torino their first Serie A win in over a month.
The 28-year-old had been going through a rough patch recently, as he remained scoreless for eight consecutive league matches.

As a result, Paolo Vanoli decided to keep the former Southampton striker out of the Granata’s starting XI for their away trip to Empoli.
However, such a decision seemed to boost Adams’ motivation, as he came off the bench in the second half and took about five minutes to decide the game, hitting a stunning shot from the halfway line that flew past goalkeeper Devis Vásquez and into the back of the net.

This was his fourth league goal for Torino, as he had netted his previous three during his first six appearances.
