Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano has spoken out on claims that Chelsea have sent a ‘€30 million fixed + €25 million’ bid to sign a player yesterday.

The news came out of Brazil yesterday and the claims were that Chelsea were sending an offer for the next big thing in Brazilian football.

The claims, via UOL, said Chelsea have decided to bid €30 million fixed + €25 million add ons for Estêvão Willian and are working on the proposal now. They have been linked to Willian for some time now.

This seemed rather extreme at the time and an awful lot of money to send for a young player, even though he is a super highly rated young player with bags of potential.

However, Romano has confirmed that no offer has yet been sent by Chelsea, in his latest YouTube video as seen below…

He confirms Chelsea have not bid for Estêvão Willian or sent a proposal, but they are talking and informed about the player. He says we will see what Chelsea decide to do.
