Viktor Gyökeres hits 20-goal mark for the fourth consecutive season | OneFootball

After scoring twice in Arsenal's convincing 3-0 win over Fulham, Viktor Gyökeres has reached 21 goals for the Gunners in the 2025/26 season.

The Swedish forward has once again underlined his goalscoring pedigree. This is the fourth straight season in which he has scored more than 20 goals in a single campaign, making him one of the most consistent strikers in European football.

Gyökeres first reached the 20-goal mark at Coventry City in 2022/23, when he scored 22 goals in 19 matches. He then hit top form, and in the following two seasons with Sporting, the Swede netted 43 and 54 goals respectively.

After a disrupted start at Arsenal, Viktor reached 21 goals with three Premier League games left to play in the Premier League.

The Swedish scorer is the first player to reach 20 or more goals in his first season at Arsenal since Alexis Sánchez in the 2014/2015 season.
