Villarreal handed date and kick-off for Bernabéu trip to Real Madrid | OneFootball

Villarreal will visit Real Madrid at the Santiago Bernabéu on Saturday 10 October at 21.00, in LaLiga EA Sports matchday eight.

According to El Periódico Mediterráneo, LaLiga confirmed on Thursday that round eight will run from Friday 9 to Monday 12 October, with this tie set for a prime Saturday slot.

Before Madrid, Villarreal face a demanding run of three league matches in seven days that will test the depth of Iñigo Pérez’s squad.

First comes Real Betis at La Cerámica on Monday 14 September at 21.00, the fifth round of the campaign.

Three days later, on Thursday 17 September at 21.30, Villarreal travel to La Rosaleda to face Málaga in matchday six.

The cycle concludes on Sunday 20 September at 18.30 with the regional derby against Levante at La Cerámica.
