Villarreal are poised to complete the sale of Filip Jorgensen to Chelsea, and the Danish goalkeeper won’t be the only player to swap Vila-Real for the Premier League. Ben Brereton Diaz is also set to make a move in the next few days.

Brereton Diaz joined Villarreal last summer as a free agent, but he has struggled to establish himself at the Ceramica. He went on loan to Sheffield United in January, and he impressed, which has led to a return to the Premier League being possible.

As per MD, Southampton have agreed a deal to sign Brereton Diaz for €8m. The Chilean attacker is expected to make the move very soon.

Villarreal are believed to be making in the region of €25m from the Jorgensen, and now coupled with this, they will net €33m in the coming days. That’s good money that can be used to improve Marcelino Garcia Toral’s squad for the upcoming season.
