Real Madrid welcomed Monaco at the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium earlier tonight as they looked to secure a win at home in the UEFA Champions League. Los Blancos made a bright start to the game and scored the opening goal in the fifth minute when Kylian Mbappe found the back of the net. Mbappe doubled his team’s advantage in the 26th minute as Alvaro Arbeloa’s men went into the half-time break 2-0 up on the scoreline.

Franco Mastantuono made it 3-0 to Real Madrid in the 51st minute. Thilo Kehrer scored an unfortunate own goal just four minutes later. Vinicius Junior got his name on the scoresheet as well in the 63rd minute. Jordan Teze pulled a goal back for the visitors in the 72nd minute. Jude Bellingham scored his side’s sixth goal just eight minutes later. The contest finished with Real Madrid securing a dominant 6-1 victory in front of their home fans.

LB: Eduardo Camavinga – 7.5/10

He performed his defensive duties and made some promising runs with the ball.

CM: Arda Guler – 7.5/10

Guler came back to defend when needed and ran the show inside the opponent’s half. He ended the game with an assist to his name.

He caught the eye at times on both ends of the pitch.

CM: Jude Bellingham – 8.5/10

Bellingham was a constant menace in the final third and managed to find the back of the net in the 80th minute.
