Vivian recalls scoring in final as Santos unveil new striker | OneFootball

According to Diario Do Peixe, the Sereias da Vila unveiled forward Vivian on Friday 30, handing her a contract until the end of the 2026 season.

New to the club, she recalled scoring against Santos in last season's final while with Red Bull Bragantino. She said her move to Santos was already well advanced at the time, but she was doing her job for Bragantino, adding that there were jokes about a future signing finding the net.

Aged 28 and born in Osasco, Vivian Cardoso dos Santos began her career at São Bernardo FC. She went on to play for Juventus (SP), Botafogo (RJ), Real Brasília (DF) and São Paulo, with Red Bull Bragantino her last club before agreeing terms with Santos.

She now joins the squad as the club returns to the top flight of women's football. In 2026 Santos will contest the Brasileirão Feminino, the Copa do Brasil and the Campeonato Paulista.

Santos are scheduled to start the season on 15 February in the first round of the Brasileirão Feminino. The CBF has yet to release the detailed fixture list with dates, times and opponents.
