After Santos' win, Juan Pablo Vojvoda said CT Rei Pelé remains a professional workspace, with access inside the football department kept strictly to team matters.

According to Diario Do Peixe, he feels responsible for protecting the squad and separates outside chatter from the group’s day-to-day routine.

He added that training, meetings and video sessions involve only him and the players, and said he is comfortable with that arrangement.

Vojvoda also pointed to a clear split of roles at the club, noting the president does not attend team talks, just as he is not involved in sponsor decisions.

He underlined the group’s unity at this point in the season, stressing the focus remains on work on the pitch.

The result leaves Santos on four points from four rounds, with one win, one draw and two defeats, in 13th place after moving off the bottom.

Santos are next in action on Tuesday, 10 March 2026 at 21:30 against Mirassol, in the fifth round of the Campeonato Brasileiro Série A at Estádio Municipal José Maria de Campos Maia.
