After the dramatic 3-3 draw against 1. FC Heidenheim, FC Bayern are already looking ahead to the Champions League clash on Wednesday. Leon Goretzka and Jonas Urbig are looking forward to the semi-final second leg with great anticipation
Leon Goretzka was FC Bayern’s man of the day with two goals. Nevertheless, he is already looking ahead to the clash with PSG. The midfielder clearly summed up the mood within the team. After the 3-3 draw against Heidenheim, he said: „You can see how fired up everyone is for Wednesday. We’re looking forward to the game and want to get to the final.“
The international underlines not only the great motivation in the team, but also the clear self-image of Bayern, who firmly believe in their chances despite the difficult first leg. In addition to the sporting quality, Munich are also relying on a decisive factor from outside: their own fans
Goalkeeper Jonas Urbig, who had to make three saves against Heidenheim, focused above all on the atmosphere in the Allianz Arena and was impressed by the support from the stands: „We already saw against Real Madrid how the fans cheered the team on from the first to the last minute. I’m confident that the Allianz Arena will shake on Wednesday.“

Coach Vincent Kompany had also recently appealed to the fans: „My only request is: If anyone with a ticket feels uncomfortable on match day, please stay at home and give your ticket to the fittest person who can do their bit in this fortress called the Allianz Arena.“
The memories of past European Cup evenings provide an additional boost, as the Allianz Arena has always proved to be a fortress in which the team can rise above itself, especially in close games.
