Wesley and Soule named among Top U23 talents | OneFootball

There’s encouraging news regarding the value of Roma’s squad, especially that of two youngsters like Matias Soulé and Wesley, born in 2003.

In the recent rankings compiled by the CIES Football Observatory, which analyzes the world’s best Under-23 players, the two Giallorossi talents are among the top prospects.

Wesley is ranked 21st, while Soulé is ranked 51st.

This double inclusion in the top 100 of the best players from 67 different leagues demonstrates the quality and potential of these two youngsters, who arrived in Rome from Flamengo and Juventus, respectively.

The top three in this special ranking are Warren Zaire-Emery of PSG (third place), Kenan Yildiz of Juventus (second place), and Lamine Yamal of Barcelona in first place.

The presence of both Giallorossi players in such a prestigious ranking attests to the excellent work done by Roma in developing emerging talents, a positive sign for the future as well.
