Wesley Saïd has withdrawn through illness from Lens v Monaco at 17:00 on Saturday, and Allan Saint-Maximin makes his first start for the club.
According to L'Équipe, Saïd, Lens's leading Ligue 1 scorer this season with 10 goals, was initially named in the squad but is not on the teamsheet. Coach Pierre Sage has turned to Saint-Maximin, who produced two assists and a goal across his first two league cameos. Saint-Maximin also made two appearances for ASM early in his career.
Saud Abdulhamid keeps his berth at right wing-back despite Ruben Aguilar returning from suspension. Andrija Bulatovic partners Adrien Thomasson in the double pivot, with Mamadou Sangaré rested.
A victory would move Racing provisionally four points clear of PSG, who host Metz on Saturday evening.
Lens XI: Risser - Celik, Ganiou, Sarr - Abdulhamid, Thomasson (cap.), Bulatovic, Udol - Thauvin, Edouard, Saint-Maximin.
Monaco XI: Köhn - Teze, Kehrer, Faes, C. Henrique - Zakaria (cap.), L. Camara - K. Diatta, M. Coulibaly, Adingra - Balogun.
