West Ham is now battling German club for Arsenal fringe player

Fabio Vieira is regarded as one of the players Arsenal are prepared to part with in the current transfer window, and there is now a very real possibility that he will depart the Emirates in the coming hours. The midfielder has been consistently linked with a move away in recent weeks, but so far, no advanced negotiations have been finalised.
