As reported by Het Nieuwsblad, Westerlo are looking to keep hold of Bryan Reynolds next season. The USMNT right-back spent the 2022/2023 season on loan with Westerlo last season, having spent the second half of the previous season with Kortrijk. While the club are interested, head coach Jonas De Roeck as stated that it is now in the hands of Roma to make a decision on the future of Reynolds.

The 21-year-old spent five years playing for FC Dallas in the MLS, where he made 31 appearances. Roma signed him in 2021, before loaning him out to Kortrijk in January of 2022. Reynolds has only made eight appearances for Roma. Last season he played 34 games for Westerlo in their first season back in the top flight. He scored one goal and provided two assists. He was an integral part of their style of play, which was to push the full-backs on.
