What, though, is the Frenchman’s total record from 12 yards since taking his talents to Spain’s top-flight?

Mbappé of course saw his spot-kick talents called into question for the latest time last weekend. After stepping up to take responsibility for a late penalty in a trip to Real Betis, the 27-year-old saw his weak ensuing effort comfortably kept out by Álvaro Valles.
