The former Hoops boss has remained active in the game through UEFA, contributing detailed tactical assessments and delivering coaching insights across Europe, with recent appearances including events in Norway and Switzerland.
During a visit to UEFA’s headquarters in Nyon, Postecoglou was pictured alongside Hayes, who is currently serving as interim boss of Celtic B.
The photo (shown below, shared by Hayes on social media, appeared to show a packed auditorium, where Postecoglou was seemingly addressing a group of coaches.

Meanwhile, Hayes is preparing his side for a return to action this weekend after a 3-1 defeat to Tranent Juniors, with Celtic B set to host league leaders Bonnyrigg Rose. The young Hoops sit seventh in the league table.
A familiar face to Celtic supporters, Hayes joined the club in 2017 from Aberdeen, having previously worked with Brendan Rodgers earlier in his career.
Over three seasons in Glasgow, he proved to be a versatile squad option for Rodgers and Neil Lennon, featuring both as a winger and at left-back.
One of his standout moments came in September 2019, when he scored in a 2-0 victory over the Rangers at Ibrox.
Despite speculation linking Postecoglou with a potential return to Celtic amid an anticipated managerial vacancy, he has dismissed the possibility, confirming in a recent interview with The Overlap that he will not be taking up the role.
He said: “In terms of going back, I don’t go back. I don’t think that’s been my career.”
“Whatever the next step is, it’ll be something new. Something I can make an impact in. Somewhere I can win things.”
