City will be one of 44 teams from the Premier League and EFL Championship joining the competition at this stage, alongside 20 victorious sides from the second round.

When is the third round draw?

The draw for the third round of the 2025/26 FA Cup will take place on the evening of Monday 8 December 2025.

Starting at approximately 18:40 (UK), it will be conducted from Brackley Town before their second round tie with Burton Albion.

How can I follow the draw?

As always, we’ll have full coverage of City’s opponents and an announcement of our fixture time and date on mancity.com and our official app first.

UK viewers will be able to see it on TNT Sports 1 and discovery+, while it will also be available on the TNT Sports YouTube channel.

Darren Fletcher and Ally McCoist will present the coverage, and the draw will be made by Joe Cole and Peter Crouch.
