Breaking free from the FIFA franchise, EA Sports FC 24 marked a new era for soccer video games. Although many of the traditional FIFA features still exist in the new title, EA Sports FC 24 carved their own path with certain fresh additions, such as bringing female soccer players to Ultimate Team. The game dropped over seven months ago, though, and fans are starting to look ahead to EA Sports FC 25.

Unfortunately, there is still a significant wait until the release of EA Sports FC 25.

When will EA Sports FC 25 be released?

EA Sports FC 25 will likely be released on Friday, Sept. 27, 2024. Although many specifics about the new title are still unknown at this time, the popular game always comes out at the end of September, right as all the major European soccer leagues start to heat up.

Players can once again expect the return of fan-favorite modes, including Ultimate Team, Career Mode, and Clubs. Of course, there will also be new ratings for each player featured in the game, from the two greatest players of all time, Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi, to up and coming superstars like Jude Bellingham.

As of now, EA Sports FC 25 will likely be available to play on PC, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch.

How to play EA Sports FC 25 early

Although the game does not come out for another four months, fans can play EA Sports FC 25 early as long as they have an active EA Play membership. A week before the new title releases, those with EA Play Pro or a standard EA Play subscription will get early access to EA Sports FC 25.
