One Barcelona star stands out above all others when it comes to appearances made since the arrival of Hansi Flick on the club’s bench.

The player in question? Pau Cubarsí.

Hansi Flick is of course closing in on the completion of his 2nd season in the Barcelona dugout.

Across this stretch, the German has proven himself to be a hit, with a 2nd La Liga title all but secured, alongside the Copa del Rey, and a pair of Spanish Super Cups.

En route to as much, a whole host of players have played starring roles, from high-profile international superstars, to home-grown Blaugrana talent.

And it is a member of the latter group who has taken to the pitch on more occasions than any other player during Flick’s Camp Nou stint.

As revealed by ‘Barca1899stats’ on ‘X’, Pau Cubarsí has racked up 101 appearances over the last two seasons, one more than fellow youngster and close friend Lamine Yamal.
