It was another busy day as Major League Soccer headed into Matchday Three.

Following 75 tightly-contested minutes, the Colorado Rapids piled on the late goals to defeat the LA Galaxy.

Gabriel Pec has been sent off following a second yellow card.

João Klauss equalises for the Galaxy with a strong back-post header.

He has now is level with Sam Surridge at the top of the MLS Golden Boot race (4 goals).


Son Heung-min has been shown a yellow card for simulation less than ten minutes into LAFC match against FC Dallas.

It doesn't look like the South Korean superstar is getting away with anything this evening!

Seattle Sounders secure a narrow win away to St. Louis City.

San Diego make it three straight wins to go level with San Jose at the top of the Western Conference.

Half-time substitute Kalani Kossa-Rienzi makes an instant impact, scoring less than 90 seconds into the second-half to give the Sounders the lead against St. Louis City.


FULL-TIME RESULTS

Biel completes a second-half brace to down Austin FC.

Despite a brace from Miranchuk, Real Salt Lake hold on to secure the away win.

No goals scored after 90 minutes played in Columbus.

San Jose make it three wins from their first three games of the 2026 MLS season.


GOAL FOR SAN DIEGO

Anders Dreyer continues to pick up right where he left off, scoring another goal to give San Diego the lead away vs Sporting Kansas City.

Dreyer already has five goal contributions in his first three MLS matches of the season.


Charlotte thought they had regained the lead against Austin through a well-worked set-piece routine.

However, Pep Biel's first-touch strike was ruled out by VAR.


GOAL FOR SAN JOSE EARTHQUAKES

Ousseni Bouda opens the scoring off of a lovely pass from Timo Werner.

It is now two assists in Timo Werner's first two MLS appearances.


Chicago Fire keep the Columbus Crew at bay following a chaotic goalmouth scramble which saw Chicago make a close-range save and goal-line clearance.

GOALS FOR ATLANTA UNITED & REAL SALT LAKE

Alexey Miranchuk pulled one back for Atlanta, before RSL regained their two-goal advantage through a left-footed curler from Zavier Gozo.


GOALS FOR CHARLOTTE FC & AUSTIN FC

Idan Toklomati gives Charlotte the lead, but 10-man Austin equalise seconds later, thanks to an own from Morrison Agyemang.

Talk about a quick response!


GOAL FOR REAL SALT LAKE

RSL double their lead in Atlanta as Aiden Hezarkhani cuts inside onto his right foot and fires into the top-left corner.


RED CARD FOR AUSTIN FC

Following a VAR review, Guilherme Biro has been sent off following an apparent stamp on the back of an opponent's leg.


GOAL FOR REAL SALT LAKE

RSL expose Atlanta United on the counter-attack again as Guilavogui finds Sergi Solans with a deft through-ball.

The 23-year-old calmly slotted into the bottom-right corner to score his first professional goal.


Just before their home opener, the Columbus faithful unfurled a striking tifo to welcome their side home.


Early chance for Real Salt Lake as Atlanta United are caught in transition and Morgan Guilavogui's shot is deflected off the crossbar!
