The powers that be at La Liga giants Barcelona will be keeping a close eye on developments in the upcoming UEFA Conference League meeting between Club Brugge and Fiorentina.

That’s according to Mundo Deportivo, citing Gol, who point towards Brugge’s Antonio Nusa as having made his way firmly onto the watchlist of the Barca brass.

Nusa, for his part, is a 19-year-old winger, who is currently making a name for himself in the Belgian top-flight.

Despite his tender years, the explosive attacker has been afforded 42 appearances across all competitions thus far in 2023/24, chipping in with four goals and four assists along the way.

His production on the international stage, meanwhile, is of an even more impressive nature, with Nusa having directly contributed to five goals in five senior appearances for Norway.

Amid the club’s ongoing search for reinforcements out wide with a view to next season, the aforementioned Barcelona, in turn, have earmarked Nusa as a leading target.

The Blaugrana are understood to have been following the youngster for some time now, with a view to an impending offer.

They will, in turn, be watching on on Wednesday night, when Nusa’s Brugge play host to Serie A outfit Fiorentina in the 2nd leg of the Conference League semi-final tie between the clubs.
