Davide Frattesi shared an emotional message after helping Inter secure a crucial 2-1 win over Udinese, apologizing to the Nerazzurri fans for appearing ‘turned off’ and suggesting that he’s going through a tough time.
The Italy international scored his fifth Serie A goal on Sunday to double his side’s lead after Marko Arnautovic’s opener, with his goal eventually proving decisive to earn Inter all three points given Oumar Solet’s goal in the second half.

Frattesi had gone two months without scoring, during which some fans criticised him, questioning his commitment amid transfer rumours linking him to a move away from the club last January.
The 25-year-old’s passionate celebration clearly indicated that his goal was a moment of relief, a sentiment he later expressed on his official Instagram account, emphasising the significance of the moment.
“Today was too important…,” read the caption of his post.
“I apologise if I sometimes seem ‘turned off,’ but those who know me understand what’s going on. FORZA INTER!”

Frattesi scored five goals from 23 Serie A games this season, also delivering two assists. However, he has yet to make a goal contribution in the Champions League, despite racking up nine appearances.
