The first-team squad at La Liga giants Barcelona kicked their scheduled morning training session on Tuesday into gear almost an hour late.
That’s according to Sky, amongst others, who have also provided an insight into the reasoning behind as much.
Barcelona are of course in the thick of final preparations for a return to action on Wednesday evening.
Turning attentions back towards matters on the continent, the Blaugrana are set to play host to Borussia Dortmund, in the first leg of a Champions League quarter-final tie.
This morning, Hansi Flick therefore made use of the opportunity to momentarily shift focus away from physical prep, and instead towards the tactical side of things.
That’s according to Sky Germany’s Patrick Berger, who has revealed that:
‘Hansi Flick started Barca’s final training session today with a 45-minute delay. According to Sky, the reason: an extensive video study of Borussia Dortmund.’
