Joe Taylor scored his fourth Wigan Athletic goal since joining the Latics on loan from Huddersfield Town in a win over Luton Town.
This article is part of Football League World's 'Terrace Talk' series, which provides personal opinions from our FLW Fan Pundits regarding the latest breaking news, teams, players, managers, potential signings and more…
Joe Taylor has been a shining light for Wigan Athletic since joining on loan from fellow League One club Huddersfield Town last month.
The striker has notched four goals in seven third tier appearances for the Latics, while his clever chip sealed the Greater Manchester club's 1-0 victory over Luton Town on Wednesday.
Wigan's triumph over Luton was a big moment for the North West outfit, who dragged themselves out of the League One relegation zone in Gary Caldwell's first game in charge since returning to the Brick Community Stadium from Exeter City.
They will vie to earn two consecutive league victories for the first time this season when they make the short journey to Stockport County on Saturday, and they may need the goalscoring heroics of Taylor once more to get them over the line.

Caldwell's men are one of the lowest-scoring teams in League One this term, having notched just 32 goals in 31 third tier fixtures.
However, Taylor has proven that he could be the man to turn Wigan's fortunes around in that regard, having scored against Luton, Reading, Peterborough United, and Doncaster Rovers since his arrival.
With his strong form in mind, Football League World asked our Latics fan pundit, Corey Bissell, how much of a priority signing Taylor permanently is for Caldwell's side if they avoid the drop to League Two.
Bissell told FLW: "Joe Taylor has been a revelation since he came through the door. He's by far the best finisher at the club. We've been struggling in that department. I think we're going to see an upturn in form from our forward players.
"Christian Saydee was incredible (against Luton). Dara Costelloe has always been a willing runner, but whether he has the finishing of Joe Taylor, I'm not so confident in. But I do like him. I think he is a willing runner, so if he can improve that side of his game, I think he'll be excellent as well.
"Joe Taylor, I'd definitely try and sign him up as a priority. To be honest, we've put ourselves in a position where we'll probably try and sign a couple of these loan players. I'd quite like to see Callum Wright come back. I'd quite like to see Owen Moxon potentially come back.
"Joe Taylor is a priority, 100 per cent, he's a brilliant player."

Wigan have lacked stability in recent years, which is epitomised by the fact that Caldwell has recently become their third permanent manager in less than two seasons following the sackings of Shaun Maloney and Ryan Lowe.
Another symbol of the Latics' relative lack of direction is the fact that several first-team players over the last two seasons have been signed on loan, rather than permanently.
Wigan's top scorer last season was former loan player Dale Taylor, but the Greater Manchester outfit could not make him stay at the Brick Community Stadium, as Nottingham Forest sold the striker to League One rivals Blackpool instead.
This summer, though, provided that Joe Taylor continues his strong form and the Latics stay in the third tier, Caldwell must ensure that his club seal a permanent agreement with Huddersfield for the 23-year-old's services - if the Terriers will be willing to let that deal happen of course.
